• The beer range as a wall

  Each beer as a production line: recipes on the left, the beer in the middle, on the right the items it sells as — with cost, profit and margin. Anything selling below cost shows in red.

• Receipts and issues

  Capture lot-specific parameters on receipt. Pick lots manually or auto-allocate via FIFO on issue.

• FIFO costing

  Inventory priced by actual purchase costs. Accurate per-batch cost.

• Material traceability

  A confirmed order or a planned event holds its goods so nobody sells them meanwhile. What is not in stock stays visible as a requirement and covers itself as soon as you stock it in.

• Beer in the tank and in packaging at once

  Fill part of a batch into packaging and keep the rest in litres in the tank. Missing packaging can be filled later with a repack document, keeping the batch and its traceability.

• Beer Wizard

  One wizard creates a production item + primary recipe + sales variants (bottle, can, KEG, drum).

  Record a returned delivery as a goods receipt and link it to the order. The goods stop counting as issued and can be reserved again.

• ISDOC invoice import

  An electronic invoice loads straight into a draft — no extraction, no AI, because the data in the file is machine readable. We match the supplier by company ID and load lines, VAT rates and the due date.

• Automatic invoicing

  Retainers, recurring deliveries and service fees are invoiced by a template on its own — optionally issued and emailed straight away. They count towards the cash-flow forecast too.

• Paying documents in bulk

  Pick the documents, the system groups them by payment method and you choose where each group is paid from. One date, one confirmation.

• Jobs and activities

  Split costs and revenue by location, job and activity. The split is inherited along the whole chain from order to invoice, so the evaluation comes together on its own.

• Planning board

  Visual projection of production and sales over time. What to brew when and how much to keep in stock.

• Stock projection

  Forecast of finished-goods stock based on production plan and sales projections.

• Auto-planning

  Deterministic conflict resolution, scheduling missing batches based on sales forecast.

• Categories instead of folders

  Contracts, policies, bank statements, other. Each category carries its own colour, default validity and retention period.

• Expiry watching

  A document with a valid-until date reminds you 30 days ahead, so no contract lapses unnoticed.

• Main file and attachments

  One main file plus any number of attachments. Drag them in with the mouse, several at once if you like.

• Linked to a partner and an owner

  Every document has an owner and can hang on a partner — whose card then gains a Documents tab.

  Notes and questions right on the document, with a notification to its owner. No more digging through email.

  Mark a sensitive document private and only its owner, its author and account admins can see it.

  Manual tasks, tasks from processes and system alerts in a single list. The default view shows yours.

• Assign a person or a role

  Assign a task to one person or to a whole role — anyone holding that role can then pick it up with a button.

• Always tied to a record

  A task carries its link to the document and shows in that document's header, so you finish it without going elsewhere.

• Process designer

  Click the steps into order: a step either creates a task with an assignee and a due date, or moves the document's status.

• Steps move the document themselves

  A step performs the same action as the button on the document — confirms it, issues the invoice, emails the printed report.

• Conditions and checks

  The process decides based on the document, or stops, says exactly why and waits for you. Then it resumes where it left off.

• Handover between documents

  A process hands work to the next document — from order to dispatch note and back to invoicing. A step can be returned with a comment.

• Portal with your logo

  Own subdomain and brewery logo. Access fully under your control — e-mail invitations, Orders / View-only roles, instant user deactivation.

• Catalog with customer prices

  Each customer sees their own prices — price lists, individual prices and volume discounts. Item availability set manually, by stock, or by the production plan ("Available from Aug 12").

• Orders without phone calls

  The cart enforces minimum order quantities and returnable deposits; delivery method, payment and date follow your settings. The order lands in ProfiBrew as a draft awaiting your confirmation.

• Invoices with QR payment

  Customers see outstanding and paid invoices, download PDFs and pay via QR code in their banking app — amount, account and variable symbol pre-filled.

• Packaging account

  Overview of KEGs and crates tracked at the customer, including deposit value — the same numbers as in your packaging records.

• Everything under the brewery's control

  Optional credit limit enforcement, e-mail order status notifications for the customer and alerts for you on the Today tab.

Requires the Sales module. The Packaging section is shown to customers only in combination with the Packaging Management add-on.

  Packaging catalog (KEG 30L, KEG 50L, 0.5L bottle, 20×0.5L crate…) with parameters and deposit.

  Per-customer deposit ledger for returnable packaging. Auto-credit on sale, auto-debit on return.

  Tracking individual KEGs (serial numbers), where each KEG is, how long it's been at the customer.

• Packaging returns

  Return workflow including credit-noting deposits. Deposit ledger balance in real time.

• Packaging sanitation

  A returned or emptied keg waits in a Needs cleaning state and is not offered for filling. After washing you mark it in one click, in bulk or with the mobile scanner.

  Temperature, gravity, level — continuous measurement with chart view in the app.

  Notifications on deviations from planned values (temperature out of range, unusual rate of change).

  A panel of tapped kegs drawn with a live level in the beer's own colour. The level drops as you ring items up, so long tabs show consumption as they go, and an empty keg is replaced automatically.

  A second till mode with no tab to open: click the items and charge straight away. On a cash payment the till works out the change for you.

• Barcodes (EAN)

  Scan an item's EAN and the app finds it immediately. Receipts, issues, inventory.

• ProfiBrew QR codes

  Generate QR codes for items, KEGs, batches. Print labels straight from the app.

• Fast stock operations

  Scan → pick operation (receive/issue/inventory) → confirm. No typing.

• Packaging

  Scan serialised kegs directly into a brew's packaging step — no manual entry of serial numbers.

• Packaging returns

  Scan the kegs a customer brings back. Auto-credit on the packaging deposit account.

• KEG tracking

  Scanning a KEG shows its full history — where it's been, where it is now, when it came back.

• Document inbox

  Every account gets its own e-mail address. Suppliers send invoices straight to the inbox, or you upload documents yourself — by drag and drop or a photo from your phone.
