How long does ProfiBrew setup take?

Basic setup takes 10–30 minutes with the Implementation guide. How much more time you need depends on what you want to manage in ProfiBrew, the size of your brewery and other specifics. You can set everything up yourself with our virtual implementation guide, or use our paid services.

Can I import data from Excel or another system?

Yes, in general. Data migration runs as a paid service delivered by us (ProfiBrew). Often it's better to create the data fresh and use the built-in helpers that speed up creation of many records. It depends on the volume and quality of the data being migrated. We're happy to discuss the right option with you.

What's included in the base price and what's extra?

Each plan includes its modules plus the included hectolitre limit. Each tier can be extended with additional modules and add-ons. You can pick them at sign-up or later in account settings — their monthly price is shown immediately. Add-ons can be cancelled or changed at any time, or you can switch tier. Hectolitres above the included limit are billed at the published rate after the period closes. You can also order implementation services.

How does the Earlybird 2026 offer work?

Breweries that register by September 30, 2026 get the first 6 months free and the next 6 months at 50% off. The discount applies automatically and covers the monthly plan price, overage hl above the limit and all add-ons except the AI ones. This unique offer will not be repeated — the reason is our market launch. And we'd be glad if you give us feedback in return; the app has a built-in feature for that.

Where is my data and who has access to it?

Data is hosted in European data centres (West EU – Ireland) using the same technologies as the major global software providers. Security is multi-layered — we rely both on the robust security of those technologies and on access control at the ProfiBrew application layer. In general, no one else has access to your data — it is isolated and secured. A detailed technical specification is also available.

Does ProfiBrew work on mobile?

Yes, the whole web app is responsive and works on a phone. On top of that it has mobile-specific features — see the Works on your phone too section.

What if I want to stop using ProfiBrew?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can export your data as CSV/Excel. After cancellation and the notice period we delete the data.

How does support work?

Standard support is included in your subscription. It runs through tickets submitted directly from the app — you can see all your tickets, their status and the communication history. Response times depend on ticket severity, our capacity and the difficulty of the case. We aim to respond within a few hours. Specific support terms (phone, guaranteed response times) can be arranged as a service agreement.
